Your first visit at Eden Lakes Dental is all about getting to know you and your smile goals. Here’s what you can expect:
- Warm Welcome: From the moment you walk in, our friendly front desk team, Kayla and Susie, will greet you and ensure you feel at home.
- Comprehensive Exam: Dr. Catibog will perform a thorough examination, which may include x-rays, an oral health evaluation, and a personalized consultation to discuss your dental needs and goals.
- Treatment Planning: Plan on 90 minutes so we can have adequate time to discuss your health goals and concerns. We’ll work with you to create a tailored treatment plan if further care is needed.
- Your Comfort First: We take pride in ensuring a comfortable, stress-free experience, with a focus on your preferences and concerns.
To make your visit smooth and efficient, we encourage you to complete our new patient forms before your appointment.
- Complete Forms Online: Links will be sent via email and text as soon as you are registered as a new patient.
- If you are unable to complete the paperwork online, you can arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to fill it out in person. Please let us know if you would like assistance with the forms.
- What to Bring: Please bring a valid photo ID, an insurance card (if applicable), and a list of any medications you’re currently taking.
